PRICING POLICY:
The fares mentioned on our website are subject to change without any notice.
All fares must be Prepaid before we provide our service. Credit Cards may be charged up to 7 days prior to the reservation date.
Gratuity/Tip for the Driver:
When using Plush Transportation, a mandatory gratuity of 20% will apply. Note: If you prefer to tip the driver in cash please respond to the confirmation “Cash Tip” so that the gratuity will not be applied to your credit card.
Rate Estimates:
The rate quoted, prior to your trip, is an estimate based on the information you provided at the time of the reservation Fees for waiting time, additional stops, tolls and parking (if not requested prior reservation) are not included in the estimate and will increase your rate.
Additional Charges:
Any changes made to your trip after pick-up may result in additional charges. Be sure to get an undated price from the driver before proceeding on your way.
Waiting Charges:
You will be required to pay a Waiting Fee if you are more than thirty (30) minutes late after your plane has landed on all domestic flights and Forty five (45) minutes on all International flights. If you are being picked up from anywhere other than a commercial airport such as a private airport, home, office, or hotel you have a 15 minute grace period before the wait time will apply. You will be billed every quarter hour after the first 15 minutes. Rates will depend on the vehicle type.
If you are over an hour late with no communication to the driver or dispatch we reserve the right to consider it a “No Show” and cancel the reservation without refund.
(Waiting Charges Apply)
Additional Stops:
The fare quoted online does not include any additional stops or waiting charges made during your trip. Unless specifically requested, when booking a reservation by phone or Online. Additional stops are calculated by the distance deviated from the route between the original pick-up and destination. You may obtain an exact quote for additional stops, in advance by speaking with a Plush Transportation representative 800 488-4541.
Rescheduling or Changing itinerary:
If you request to reschedule or change any details related to your reservation, we will do our best to accommodate those changes at no charge. If we’re unable to accommodate the change which results into a cancelation, will be subject to cancellation rules & policies explained on the web page.
Hourly Service (Distance Area)
We only provide Hourly/Multi stop service within the Orange County and Los Angeles Area. If you have reserved the car for Hourly Service; please note that our drivers will not go more than fifty (50) miles from your pick-up address. If you wish to travel outside of a 50 mile radius please contact one of our reps 800 488-4541.
Lost-and-Found policy:
We are not responsible for any baggage, personal items, or anything else left behind by passengers in the vehicle. However, any items found in the vehicle drivers are required to turn it into Lost-and-Found.
Unexpected Delays:
Plush Transportation is not responsible for service delay or service not rendered due to weather, travel congestion, road closures, accidents, Unexpected Traffic Jams or other circumstances beyond its control. Plush Transportation will make every attempt to notify you of any delays as its expected.
Our Privacy Policy:
All Drivers are bond a confidentiality contract. It is our policy to protect your privacy and identity at all times.
Proms:
All Prom reservations are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. The full fare will be charged even if the service is not completed at the request of the passenger or services or stopped by the XSATI Chauffeur due to illegal, and or disruptive/destructive behavior by passengers. Smoking and or taking part in the consumption of alcohol are not permitted even if the passenger is of legal age.
Cancellation of Reservation:
24 hour cancellation for full refund. Any cancellation under 24 hours this also includes Same day reservations are non-refundable. The reservation can be rescheduled to another time as long as Plush Transportation has the availability. If there is no availability and the schedule change was made under the 24 hours there will not be any refund.
PLEASE NOTE: Plush Transportation is NOT responsible for services delayed or not rendered due to Mother Nature, or Circumstances beyond our control. Plush Transportation does not guarantee vehicle availability or pricing for reservation changes. All prices are subject to change without notice!
